Small things that make a real difference.
Come with clean lashes
No mascara, and no oil based cleanser or makeup remover for 24 hours beforehand. Oil stops the adhesive bonding, and the set will not hold.
Allow the full window
A volume set is close to two hours with your eyes closed. Coffee first, phone on silent, and no contact lenses.
New to lash adhesive
Ask for a patch test at least 48 hours before your first set. It takes five minutes and rules out a reaction.
Time your refill
Refills hold best at two to three weeks, while roughly 40 percent of the set is still attached. Later than that and it becomes a full set again.
The first 24 hours
No water on the lashes, no steam, sauna or heavy sweating. After that, brush them daily and sleep on your back or side.
Skin treatments
Pause retinol for five days before microneedling or a peel, and keep sun exposure low for a week afterwards.
